Is a deposit required?
Yes, we ask our guests to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount requested for the stay.
What methods of payment are accepted?
At Sara Apartments you can pay in cash, by Credit Card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard) or by Debit Card.
Are animals allowed?
Yes, your four-legged friends are allowed on request and for an additional fee.
Do you have parking?
Yes, all flats have free outdoor parking.
Do you have a garage?
Some flats have a free garage. However, it is always possible to reserve one nearby for a fee.
Is linen included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are included in the price of your stay.
Do you have a babysitting service?
Yes, of course, a babysitting service can be booked on request. In order to organise it as best as possible, we ask you to request it at the time of booking.
Is it possible to receive the MyPass Ski card?
Yes, if you let us know at the time of booking we will be pleased to provide you with a Myskipass card for access to all ski areas in the zone.
Do you have a spa or any agreements with spas?
Among our flats theĀ Chalet is the only one with a private sauna. However, we have agreements with other spas that allow you to enjoy a more advantageous price for their use: these include Aquagranda and other partners.
Do you have a ski or bike hire rental partner?
Yes, there are ski and bike rentals nearby with which we have an agreement. If you would like to book your equipment, we will be happy to give you the contact details.
